Sarika Attal is Sr Director, Enterprise Architecture at Papa John’s International. Sarika started as an engineer on Papa John’s eCommerce team and continued to grow in various areas of Papa John’s Digital technology. She has led various industry first initiatives for Papa John’s Digital right from the SMS ordering technology launch in 2007 to latest re-launch of Mapping and Papa Rewards platform in 2018. 65% of Papa John’s sales come from Digital Channels today. She met her husband while doing her Engineering labs in college. Now, her family time is ruled by her two young daughters just as dynamic as her and love dancing with her on Bollywood songs.

Sarika started the Women in Tech Initiative at Papa John’s in early 2019. Sarika is passionate about uplifting women in the tech industry and is committed to do her part in the journey to closing the gender gap.
